Services
Individual Therapy
I offer online individual therapy for adults and teens in California and Colorado. Individual sessions are fully remote, 50-minute sessions at $175.
In an effort to make therapy more accessible, I have a limited amount of sliding scale spots reserved for clients with financial barriers. I am also in-network with Aetna and can provide a superbill for potential out of network reimbursement for folks with other insurances.
Case Management Consultation
Sometimes we need a space where we can ask for help from someone who gets it. I offer one-time meetings with folks within the neurodivergent, religious trauma, deconstruction, and eating disorder community. Whether you’re considering a formal diagnosis, designing a DIY intensive outpatient program, or are just not sure where to start with seeking out support, this option is available to hold space for folks to problem solve, talk through options, and locate resources.
$25-75 for a 30-minute consult (pay as you can)
Clinical Consultation
Fellow professionals well-versed in eating disorder care but not religious trauma or vice versa may benefit from guidance either generally for their practice or around a specific case. I offer conversational meetings in which you provide the background and I answer questions and offer areas of reflection and exploration for your clinical challenges.
$100 per 45-minute consult
Sliding scale available for pre-licensed clinicians who do not have a training stipend available to them.
